Please click Registration Waiver Button below, Fill out the form, then bring a nonrefundable $35 Money Order to tryouts made out to Motor City Heat Elite. At this time, we are not offering online payments for registration. Please be patient with us as we make this correction. Thanks!
In order for your child to participate, you must complete online registration waiver (or fill it out in-person).
Waiver must be received to participate in any activities.
